Terms and Conditions
These terms govern your use of the White Glove Auto Glass website and service-request process.

You may use this website for lawful personal and business purposes related to learning about or requesting our services. You may not interfere with the website, attempt unauthorized access, submit false information, or use website content in a way that violates applicable law or another person's rights.
Service requests and estimates
A website request is not a confirmed appointment, binding estimate, insurance approval, or guarantee of part availability. We will review the vehicle, glass, damage, service location, coverage path, and calibration requirements before confirming work. Pricing and timing may change if the information provided is incomplete or if inspection identifies different requirements.
Mobile service and calibration
Mobile work depends on safe weather, access, vehicle condition, an appropriate work area, parts, and manufacturer procedures. Static or dynamic ADAS calibration may require a suitable environment, road conditions, subcontracted facilities, or additional scheduling. We may decline or reschedule service when safe or compliant work cannot be completed.
Insurance and payment
We may help communicate information relevant to an insurance claim, but coverage decisions are made by the insurer. You remain responsible for deductibles, non-covered services, and other amounts due. Any payment, cancellation, warranty, or authorization terms presented with a confirmed job also apply.
Communications
By providing contact information, you authorize us to respond about your request by email or telephone. Text messages are sent only when you separately provide SMS consent. SMS participation is governed by our SMS Terms, and consent is not a condition of purchase.
Intellectual property
The website, branding, design, text, graphics, photographs, and other content are owned by or licensed to White Glove Auto Glass LLC and may not be copied, modified, or distributed without permission, except for ordinary personal use of the website.
Disclaimer and limitation
The website is provided on an “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties relating solely to website access and are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from website use. Nothing in these terms limits rights or remedies that cannot legally be limited.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Arizona, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute will be handled in an appropriate court serving Maricopa County, Arizona, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
